BRAND STRATEGY
Stephan led a comprehensive discovery process with leadership, marketing staff, practice heads, recruiting personnel, and key clients — developing a holistic understanding of how the firm was perceived internally and externally. Competitive analysis and a structured SWOT assessment identified the firm's advantages, vulnerabilities, and differentiators relative to peers. These insights produced a complete brand strategy framework: core narrative, positioning, value proposition, voice and messaging guidelines, a unifying thematic focus anchored in the firm's strongest sector, and creative direction for all subsequent identity and design work.

IDENTITY REDESIGN
Guided by the new strategy, Stephan directed the creative parameters for the identity refresh — covering logo, marks, typography, color palette, graphic system, and brand application guidelines. He coordinated across multiple design teams producing stationery, decks, social assets, signage, and templates, ensuring all downstream expressions of the brand maintained creative fidelity and quality.

FLAGSHIP WEBSITE EXPERIENCE
Stephan then shaped the strategic and creative foundation for the firm's flagship website — defining how the site should look, function, communicate, and guide its key audiences. This encompassed information architecture, navigation and search pathways, wireframing and UX design, creative direction, content modeling, technical documentation, integration planning, and accessibility and privacy compliance. Once complete, the full strategic foundation, UX architecture, and creative direction were delivered to the production team in pixel-perfect, build-ready form.
